Basic Income: A Deeper Look is a two-part event to provide Londoners with opportunities to learn, dialogue and engage with the topic of Basic Income Guarantee.
On Monday, April 18, 7:00pm, come to the Wolf Hall (Central Library) to hear national experts in economics, law, and social policy 'face off' in an Oxford style debate about the merit of providing all Canadians with a guaranteed income.
On Tuesday, April 19, 6:30pm (the evening after the debate), join the London Poverty Research Centre @ King's University College for An Evening of Learning and Conversation on the topic of Basic Income Guarantee. Hear further analysis, arguments, and presentations by Senator Art Eggleton and Dr. Evelyn L. Forget. Come and participate in the discussion as we consider how a Basic Income Guarantee might work for London & Middlesex.
